Not everything that is faced can be changed but nothing can be changed until it is faced!  -   James Baldwin

A place for prehabilitation and rehabilitation

Whether you wish to prevent a sport injury or need to recover from one, you have come to the right place.  If you suffer from recurring injuries, a combination of kinesiology, biomechanics and pathology should break the injury-rest-injury cycle.

My clinic is open to both men and women of all ages.  Athletes from both individual and team sports, as well as busy professionals.  As a Soft Tissue Therapist, I have clients totally new to any form of massage and others who benefit from a Sport & Remedial massage every week.  Clients who require biomechanical adjustment and clients who need to improve their mental toughness and mental skills preparation.  Some require a nutritional rethink whilst others need to improve their strength and fitness.  There are even some who benefit from the whole service package!

Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in

getting up every time we do - Confucius

You will be required to fill out a PAR-Q form at the beginning of the first session, which will inform me of your medical, massage and exercise history as well as your aims and goals for treatment.

There will be a consultation and postural assessment at the beginning of every session to ascertain your current condition.  If necessary, a gait analysis will also be performed.

Depending on the type of service required, you may be asked to remove some clothing.  Gentlemen may prefer to attend in rugby shorts to maintain modesty.
